The Finance Team is responsible for all matters regarding finances and invoices.

The People & Talent Team manages all aspects of an employee's cycle through our company, from onboarding, administration, benefits to compensation, evaluation and career paths.

The Recruiting Team works closely with our hiring managers and clients to prepare Principal33's talent acquisition strategy and manage all possible candidates and job openings.
Our responsibilities include: 
  1. managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, negotiation with candidates for open roles at Principal33
  2. managing weekly job postings and communicating our open positions
  3. organize candidate data and CV's
  4. receive referrals from our existing employees and offering guidance about Principal33's Referral Policy

IT & SECURITY 

The IT & Security Team manages all technology used by our company, in both hardware and software forms.
Our responsibilities include:
  1. managing access and access control policies to cloud-based platforms (Microsoft systems via Azure Active Directory)
  2. preparing and maintaining hardware resources
  3. maintaining and securing on-premises networks
  4. troubleshooting and assisting in hardware faults
